Ok guys, heres the thing I saw 150 sites for sale at $5.00 just to test my earlier duplicate content theory I bought it. When I checked copyscape i saw several duplicate content files.

In total they offer over 51,000 pages. Now I though that that would be ok but reading through I am seeing that it might not be such a good idea. Now can duplicate content get me BANNED FROM ADSENSE. I can only use my main adsense site and will google penalize me for this. I really think that it can help me build my pages heading for the 1,000,000 mark. But can it really work or cant it.

Help guys on this

But can it really work or cant it.

Just think: would somebody sell 150 sites at $5.00 if those sites could give them more than that?
Either those sites were autogenerated, or sold 1000000 times. Do not waste your time.

Jesus. Just take 1 page. Write a simple program or batch file to copy it 1 million times. You're done.

Ok so a website with 51,000 pages taken from these people using Google Adsense can get me Banned from Adsense?

The issue is that there are so many people who probably buy these things however I have never seen a site penalized in Yahoo and MSN because of this but can it really happen?.

Let me know. At least if I do it $5.00 gives me a lift in IBL in MSN and Yahoo doesnt it. Lets think about it. So whats the word..

If you were Google, what would you do? Would you ban sites like that from your publisher network?

I have never seen a site penalized in Yahoo and MSN because of this ....

That exactly what happens: you don't see them JUST BECAUSE they are penalized :-)
(in a SEO sense)

Guys I think we are straying here a bit from the point here the real question is will Google Adsense Ban you if all your articles are duplicate content. I really smell a law suit here if they would because a TOS does not just bind the publisher or webmaster it binds Google too.
Any thoughts on this?

You "smell a law suit"? Did you actually read the TOS?

Program Policies:
Do not create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content.

This clause isn't enforced rigorously, as there are lots of legitimate reasons to have duplicate content on your site, but if Google feels your site is junk then they have every right to ban you. And what you're describing is clearly junk.

What EVERYBODY here is trying to tell you is that you're pursuing a lazy and futile and possibly illegal (if those articles are stolen) strategy. Build a real site and you'll end up with a real asset that gets real traffic.

If someone discovers their content on your site...

They will report you and keep a track on all your other sites!
