For one of my clients adword accounts they should have received a couple of thousand clicks from the content network by this time of the day. They have received none so far but are still receiving clicks on google search etc..
It seems that the content network has been turned off even though it is still selected.
This might be a possible reason why people are seeing lower clicks/revenue for adsense. If google has somehow managed to mistakenly turned off adword advertisers content network ads.......
I only noticed it by complete fluke and I suspect more and more advetisers will start to notice it as the day goes on.

In all probablility only a very few are experiencing diminution in CTRs, etc. I am, but I'm usually in any negatively affected minority. If this was widespread, then this thread would be several pages long.
Even if it is widespread, Google somehow will benefit from it at the expense of publishers.
If changes are in the works, it will not benefit publishers.
I'm not in the best of moods about Adsense right now, as you might gather.
