Adsense for Search - required iFrame seems too big

Google adsense for search has the iframe feature available. I'm not about to create a 650 wide by 1300? tall empty area on my pages just in case someone uses the search feature. I'm also not adding a 650 wide by 150 fixed height area that makes people scroll through results either.

Google needs to figure this one out if nobody else has. I'll add it to some pages, search does help users, but only if I can A) not make it stick out like a sore thumb and B) The page must adjust to the required size like a tab feature. I'd like to limit width, I'd like the iframe to determine height.

Googles not there yet is it? I'd like auto-sizing (at least in height) iframes too.

IMHO, the iFrame is too big. I would like to see Google implement a better solution, but I doubt that it is a priority for them.
