Adsense pin to Canada 2006?

My friend already waiting 2 monthes for pin to Canada. Requested it 3 times already but still no pin... Adress is right. One other friend got his pin after 2 monthes too.. Why its so slow ... shoud he write them to send it by email or dhl how they will decide to do that? he really wants to get his pin before 15th because to wait more 1.5 monthes thats awesome....

The time to obtain the PIN is largely down to Google's processes rather than any postal delays.

I believe that Google do not send out the PIN until they have sufficient evidence of adherence to the TOS. I also suspect that they may deliberately delay until after the 15th.

Do not renew the request for a PIN until Googles stated period has definately experied. This can start the process again. You may find the original PIN turns up, but it will then be invalid and you'll need to wait for a new one.

I signed up with the programme on 23rd June (UK) my PIN arrived after 15th July (but before 15th August).

Me and 2 of my friends (Philippines), received our PINs almost 3 month after Google sent it.

You are free to request a new one, anyway the PIN No printed on the first mail and the succeding mails (after requesting a new one) are the same, so you wont have any problem whichever comes first.

he already requested it 3 times to now it is saying he should contact to the support to request it... but thats lol.. 3 monthes to get letter to Canada who they send it.. from africa?
