i am hosting a new website with it's own ip address but on /with another website

my hosting company lets you do this for cheap so i signed up

the new website is about food and the old one is about travel

the food website is getting adsense ads about travel, though, but i did just put it up today, should i wait or will all the ads always be about travel even though the content on the page is about food?

thanks

Does the other website resolve to its own domain name, and is the second domain an add-on that resides in a folder of the main domain?

either way, give it a bit of time and the ads will improve - pages on the same site with different content are served appropriate ads (well, either that or the usual MFA nonsense!) once Google has had time to crawl the pages
