I don't understand why the visitor of that ip do so .

You can email support telling them about it, that it looks funny to you. They'll check it out on their end.

How do you know that it was from one ip? Click tracking software? Third party click tracking software often gives you invalid reports. Some for example count right-click on the ad as normal click.

But if you are sure - report it to AdSense Support.

Don't assume everything will be fine. If you suspect anything amiss, report it to them. Better safe than sorry.

How do you know that it was from one ip?

Stats software?

I think if you have actually only 1 access to your website and then have clicks one could deduct from that it was them.
