Smartpricing is a good thing.

For months I've always thought damn smartpricing.. but now I realised it really makes a great difference, it comes around every 12 days, google updates based on your performance, and then suddenly smartpricing takes less or more depending on that performance.

Today I feel that smartpricing is being fair, and I can see myself earning 300-600$ day if smartpricing allows me to reach these levels, I am sure that I'm heavily peanlised as it is for the amount of traffice and clicks I recieve on a daily basis but I have to say it's fair because It's a big earning for me if i make a consistant 200$ day I can pretty much not complain anylonger about reduction in pay per clicks.

Maybe smart pricing should only come around on the 12 days of Christmas.

Last year someone did some careful charting of daily EPC and concluded that it updated weekly, which makes a little more sense to me than 12 days. But maybe they have different cycles for different kinds of sites.

Thursday is the day for me. (Maybe a Wednesday night). For whatever reason my eCPM goes up and down every Thursday and it will stay that way until the next Thursday. Last "circle" my eCPM was high (lets say $15) and it was about the same for last 7 days. Yesterday my eCPM dropped (once again) to (Lets say $5) and I know that it will stay in those numbers for next 7 days. It will go up or down again next Thursday. I do see this pattern on our websites every week.
