Looks like someone came up with brilliant new ideas to make reporting an AdSense TOS offence a very difficult thing to do.

See for yourself by clicking on "Ads by Google", then the big blue link at the bottom of the next page, checkout the maze of changing options there (Ajax?)

I understand their wanting to classify the reported violation and channel it to the appropriate G staff, but this is a classic example of how you can confuse your visitors and loose a conversion or sale. Many faults there, appears to be catering only to simple violations, options do not cover all possibilities, text box won't open except for few selections, can't undo a selection... I'll leave it to you so find all the faults..
Surprised Google would do something like this.

NB: This is not a discussion about to report or not to report!

Hi Hobbs,

I treat it rather like those toxic "please listen to the following 48 irrelevant options that have changed recently to ensure that you never keep up" automated phone systems.

I just went for "other" IIRC, and got straight though.

Can't remember if it was for the content-free "directory" or the site stealing my image and passing it off as their own (about the only thing that you are NOT allowed to do with my images!)... But in any case my message got to G...

Rgds
