What are the key terms for high $?

My site is on a certain topic, and each page appears to serve the same general adsense ads.

The ads on some pages make many times the amount of ads on other pages, so I figure there must be some keywords on some pages that google likes. I can't figure out what the content is on the pages that change the value of the clicks so much...

it's got to be something that makes adsense think this is a high potential page:

It's random. I have pages that do well one day and bad the next. I'm sure they do this on purpose. When I did adwords I got clicks from adsense sites when I was the lowest bidder out of 30.

Does the cpc of certain keywords vary from page to page or on the same page? It could be "smart pricing" at work.

There's some rumors that sites that use G's conversion tracking tool might pay better if the visitor hits the "conversion" page.

I never thought of that. It would make sense. it would also explain why some people keep making more and other are making less compared to a few months ago. That would be a very good idea. I hope they do it.

Could it also be related to the quality of the traffic in google's eyes? G can tell where people are coming from, and even where they are.

If clicks for Mesothelioma keep coming from IP's in India, they probably won't make much.

Adsense may know if the site with adsense has lots of incoming links, is ranked in search engines etc.
