You won't be banned from Google, however it may be very likely to be banned via our filters.

NO , you will not be banned . Lots of people do it.

The only problem is that Google has made it very tough to arbitrage.

The Quality Score will knock out all the possibility of profit.

I like your site. Looking for some more free tips to post there?

LOL Hunder. The nature of the OP's question, paired with the site, gave me quite a laugh.

The website you've just visited has tried to provide you with search results from Google. Unfortunately, the site violates our terms of service so your search could not be completed.

When I try a search (with pre completed search term) on your 'Adsense Tips' website I get this error, you might want to fix it before G take further steps...

I see from your menu that the page "Google AdSense Do's And Don'ts" is still to be done.

Here is some material for that page:

Free Adsense Tip #1: RTFM, or in this case RTFToS
...
Free Adsense Tip #23: Don't pre-populate the search box

Uh oh. Ads are not showing either.

Frox is right - don't pre-populate the search box. Probably not a good idea to promote spammers and paid-to-search programs either.

Yeah, and the code has been modified, too. :o

I can say that the arb. opportunity is definitely getting smaller ( thinner revenue ). reason is that my sites, which are content based ( not looking to do any arb. ) are getting hit by the some of the Google quality and trust rules and probably a few more ... let me explain,

I have been in contact with few of the local advertisers that show up on my site, and have found their web site guy, in long conversations we have found out that my site does convert very well ( 1 in 3 clicks from my site convert to a transaction for them ).

they also told me that it's been costing them less when the clicks come from me ( i don't understand how but I'm not an AdWords member ).

so I think that the Google machine takes my sites, finds good conversion ad's ( increasing my crt ), drops the price for the advertiser ( keeping his cost lower, and my revenue flat - ecpm flat ) and overall does a better job for the visitor and the advertiser ( happy visitor means more people saying hello )

So I am making less revenue per click, which is fine. I am helping my local businesses, which is great, and when a visitor to my site does complete my form I end up happy ( since my goal is to get the information )

Let me tell ya, if I could get 1/3 conversion ratio out of an ad campaign, I would be loving life. That is a great ratio. The sponsor should site target your site.
