Is Google Adsense Sending the Wrong Message?

Seems every time I do a backlink check I run into a website linking to me with adsense and one or more TOS violations.

I play by the TOS rules, and will continue to do so. However, I am sure there are many folks whom do not read the TOS well and play by example. Heck, just look in this forum and you will see folks looking for guidance, but apparently not reading the TOS.

I was just at a parked domain and there was Adsense all over it - absolutely no content.

When is Google Adsense going to crack down on all of the TOS violators? How many folks are being lead stray by bad example?

Google has a domain parking service, it looks like a nothing site full of adsense but it's not.

As far as TOS breakers they are everywhere in most anything that has a "TOS" including this board.

Everybody is not going to play by the rules, there will always be squirrels out there trying to get a nut, and they don't care who's acorns they grab...

sometimes I feel if it is all worth playing by the rules,particularly if you are only a part-timer like me, since Google rarely ever catches a violator.

There is a very popular Consumer review website here in India, and they have something like 5 adsense blocks on a page...
