Hi everyone. It is my pleasure to join a forum like this one.

I have a question for those more experienced with AdSense. Is there any difference between using .com and .info from the AdSense point of view?

Welcome. However you you have posted this question in the wrong place. You need to start a new thread. :)

From adsense there is probably less effect than the inability to gain trust from other webmasters and visitors. I still find .info and .biz things I generally will not touch.

[Even though I'll admit having had an employer that actively used a .biz domainname for e.g. corporate email addresses]

I ALWAYS recommend using a .com address rather than anything else (including .net, .org, .biz, .info or .whatever) I don't care how many TLDs they add to the mix, .com will always be the default, and if they remember your site name at all, they're going to assume first that it's .com. If it isn't, then you're just sending traffic to someone else.

Also, I own a small hosting company that provides email for about 500 accounts, and we keep coming within a hair's breath of just outright banning all .info and .biz emails as they are about 99.99999995% spam. We haven't done it, but at some point, I'll probably have to be physically restrained.

At least two European national tourist offices use .info domains. They must represent the 0.00000005% of .info sites that aren't guilty of spamming. :-)

I had a .info too.

Incidentally, today is the date of its domain expiry, and I am not renewing it :(
