Maximum Clicks in 24 Hours?

I'm trying to setup an Adsense protection script that will stop displaying ads to the same IP after a certain amount of clicks in a 24 hour period.

Anyone have an idea what a good number for this is?

I hope you don't have too many people from AOL, otherwise you will have a lot of problems with this type of script.

AOL swaps ip on every request (not always though) and doesn't have that many ips, therefore you could be banning all of AOL every day
