Yeah thats right as the subject says whats is an criteria of getting an adsense approval other than submitting an blog or an nice created website on an hobby.
Well this might be sounding weired to many people but I really wanted to know whats the criteria of getting an approval after getting rejected 2 times .
Yeah thats right 2 times now well the first site got rejected because it violated some TOS :( [Didn't read properly as I was very excited] .
Okay okay then I saw one post on webmasterworld itself about creating an blog on blogspot and getting an instant approval now that I thought was my lucky day as I did everything as said on the post and created an blog .
Now as i was short on content I posted guides and articles on my blog from other websites well I cant be totally blamed of duplicating content because I always mentioned the source and the exact link of the original article .
Created a few posts on my blog (well it was supposed to be an webmaster related blog ) and then applied for adsense .
Then there was a long wait waited 3 days pushed up the matter by sending an follow up email to adsense support and the next thing I knew I was rejected again .
DAMN! then I wondered what went wrong was it my mistake to add articles from other website (although I mentioned the source URL) .
Then I remembered I clicked on my Public display ads once (well out of frustration as I wasn't getting an reply from adsense) Which I really regretted later but hey I did it only once .

NOW I plan to apply again but this time I dont want to screw up again.

I have an movie fan site on a pipeline and an image gallery .
Well now the question arises which one I submit well I prefer movie site but both of them has issues because I am afraid that I might be rejected again because of copyright laws well I am certainly not gonna ad an link to the whole movie download nor the soundtrack but the site gonna have some screenshots of movie and some video clips from movie which I am afraid google might not approve so what shall I do submit or not?

I know it is an long post :(

Even when mentioning the source, it remains content theft. You want to make money out of other people's work.
I PAY writers to write articles for my website and I don't want to see my articles on someone else's website or blog, even not when the source is being mentioned. I'm tired of writing emails to tell the copyright violators to remove the content.

If this is your attitude, I think and hope Adsense will never accept your application.

Assuming you don't have permission to reproduce these, then the answer is 'not'. You will just be turned down again.

I know it's boring and tedious but to be successful (or even accepted) in AdSense you have to ... whisper it... do some hard work, stick to the TOS and give people something worthwhile.

AdSense isn't some get-rich-quick gimmick.
