my CTR increased,

yestarday I introduced 200 websites in my adsense competitive filter, found the list on a site... my CTR was on avarage about 1-2%, but today it is about 10%... is this something normal or should I be woried?

By the way the ads are on a blog of mine that has about 2000 unique visitors per day.

It could be, that you have repetetive visitors, and your ads didn't change for a long time. Now that you block many of them, your audience sees many new ads leading to a higher CTR. However, due to the lower competition, each click might be worth less.
