What should we do when ads for www.example.com/exemplarything.htm show up on www.example.com/otherthing.htm. If I click it will I get booted out of both programs? Does my regular navigation link to the same page now mimic the adsense ad? If I block myself, will that hurt me smart-pricing wise.

Block it. Do you really want to pay for people to go to your site when they're already there?

When you are in your account in google og to the 'Competative ad Filter" and type in your url. This is how you block the site if your not sure.

And FYI, clicking on your own AdWords ad may get you booted from AdSense but it would NOT get you booted from AdWords (if anything, Google would want to bottle you and spritz that habit to its other advertisers).
