Does Google Adsense code tracks IP-address info (like regular counters and stats scripts) about the visitors of my site?

They use visitor's IP to show localized ads (targeted for visitor's country, city, etc). They may also use that info for click fraud detection (along with referrer information). IMO.

Because my IP is already banned , and Adsense account disabled due invalid clicks..i am trying to get new account with different names , domains etc..but on the same Internet Service Provider..
I will check my new account on different PC, on the old PC i will only update my new site.. so the quiestion is are they detect that i visit to update the new site form the the banned IP?

Its against the TOS to have more than one account, if you were banned then obviously your doing something that is bad for the consumer.

I don't think you'll find too many people here who feel it's in their best interest to help you sneak back in.

Keep in mind that (a) Google are smarter than you or me at figuring this stuff out, and (b) a number of people have managed to get back in this way, only to be caught and banned a few weeks or months down the road.

IMHO this is not true for different legal entities, e.g. having one company and one private account.
I even think that having several accounts for different opensource projects is ok.

Google will find it out anyway (earlier or later), so I would not even bother trying to signup for another account. Better try to signup for yahoo ads.

If your in a foreign country (Which I take you are from your email address) they will still be looking at the range of ip addresses from those countries. Anyone who throws up new adsense accounts will probally be looked at very hard.
