By the way. I got an email back from Google

Anyway, I got an email back from Google saying, "some graphic backgrouds will be ok, some will not" if they are drawing "excessive" attention to the ads then they will not be ok.

The Google rep said that she would have to see how I was going to use the ad on the web page before she could say yes or no. So I will be making a mock web page and then letting her take at look at the mock web page before I go live with it.

They worded the email much differently, but that is the idea that they wanted to get across.

Quoting emails is a no-no in the forum rules.

Seems rather silly when quoting "official" emails from the big players.
