My brother is starting a new site and is new to adsense. He has a question I haven't come across in my use of adsense. He has a cable TV show to be broadcast in several countries and is going to promote his website on the show. Now, obviously, he can't tell people to click on ads, but he has a picassa referral button on his site. Can he mention on his TV show that there is a photo editing/organizing program available for free on his website? I'll have him email google just to be sure, but thought I'd ask here in case anyone knew the answer.
