I'm running a blog hosting site thats rapidly gaining members, wondering if one member commits click fraud on his/her blog will the whole domain be blacklisted or just the subdomain.

Is the same account used on all subdomains? If so I'd say, that if the AdSense account is the same and there is click fraud on any one of the subdomains then the account would be at risk.
