Hi everyone:

I have two websites in my adsense account and I want to track the performance/earnings of both the websites separately. Can anyone please guide me which channel to create for this purpose URL Channel or Custom Channel.?

Should I create the Channels for both the websites or for a single website. I want every reporting separate for each URL. like impressions, earnings, clicks and performance etc.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
Please also guide how to create the channels for this purpose successfully.
Currently the earning of both the urls is mixed up and its creating confusion for me to sort out the individual website's performance.
Best Regards
Fiza

The quickest and easiest method is to use URL channels. With custom channels you would need to change the code for all the pages you want included in the channel.

With URL channels, you just set up channels for each page you want to track (provided you don't want to track more then 200 pages). It takes minutes to set up.

pengi, I may be wrong, but I believe that you can set up a URL channel for an entire domain--so for "example.com" and "example2.com" rather than having to deal with individual page URLs -- such as "example.com/page.html" Much easier.

There is a Guide to Using Channels in the Channels area of your AdSense Setup....
