Finland in New list of EFT countries?

Looks like Adsense EFT option will be offered to some more countries. My friend from Finland told me that he got Adsense EFT option when he logged to his Adsense account today. I checked with the Adsense site where they mention EFT countries but they still have old list of 21 countries. Did anyone else in non-EFT country had similar experience about new EFT option in their account?

Yes, EFT offered in Finland. :-)

Why India is not in ETF
such a big country

I am not an expert but my guess is - EFT is much easier in countries with fully convertible currency . Indian Rupee - I think is as yet not fully convertible. Reserve bank of India regulates the amount of foreign currency that can come in to the country.
Google would be knowing best 'if and when' they want to start EFT facility for India.
