(1)if your site have more Page view and CTR, then G will give the heigher Adwords to your site, of course it's relate with your content.
(2) when the vistors click the ad, G will track the vistors, how many page they view the AdWords' site.
so in my mind, if you want to get more earn. the important thing is to improve your traffic, then is the content. the more useful content for vistor, the more chance they will click the ad.
