some data to express my mind,

Day ¦ Display ¦ click ¦ CTR ¦ CPM ¦ earn

20060815 ¦ 926,006 ¦ 3,071 ¦ 0.33% ¦ USD0.13 ¦ USD118.63

20060917 ¦ 111,104 ¦ 493 ¦ 0.44% ¦ USD0.04 ¦ USD4.12

the CTR is increasing, but CPM is lower than ever. Can anybody know the reasons?

I am taking it that the 15th is the norm?

If so you have a great loss of traffic. (besides something else)

Was your site down for any reason? Delisted anywhere? Check your logs.

Yes, the problem here is the extreme traffic drop - the CTR and CPM don't actually show a difference that I would think noteworthy.
Its important to understand that Adsense ebs and flows, but in this case you initial problem is the traffic drop.

3,000 clicks $118
500 clicks $4?

EPC is horrible both days.
But I bet your site is a blueprint of what not to do.

(psst- Google TOS says you should not show those numbers to anyone)

Is your traffic mainly organic or PPC?

Thanks Hobbs's mention. But I want to talk about the relation about CPM and earn.

is it show us that your google adsense earn not only decide on CPM but also the displays.

>>the problem here is the extreme traffic drop

of course the traffic drop, but i don't think this is the main problem.
