Along with this, they have also added where one can see average daily clicks, impressions and earning.
Wonderful job by Google.

I love the new numbers at the bottom of the report, though I wish they'd add the revenue per 1,000 impressions.
Those 7 day averages on the bottom are nice as well. Wonder what other features they might roll out for us in the future.
I now see you can also rotate through four palettes with the same code as well. Even nicer than I thought on my initial impression! By rotating, it will help keep visitors from becoming AdSense blind, even if you do choose your own colors. With AdSense popping up everywhere, I think people were already becoming blind to the AdSense ads.
Wow. So that's the ~ operator on Monday, News Alerts on Google Labs on Tuesday, and now color palettes for AdSense on Wednesday. Hope it's okay if we take Thursday/Friday off! ;)
Enjoy the new color palettes!

Anyways, just to dampen this a bit, I wanted to point out that my 38 days of stats give me 45 days averages at teh bottom, appearantly counting the difference (8 days) as zeros, so my averages are much lower reported then in reality. The 7 day averages are fine, the all time ones aren't.
Just trying to help you iron it out ;)
PS: thanks from saving us from an armada of monotonously designed dark blue on white websites ;)

I don't know what is your issue.
Google calculates the averages based on the actual days of your designated period. Even I would select the March as the starting point, the average would be calculated from the first day I was in Adsense program. I did not see any error there and the all time numbers are correct.
The color thing is really cool, though. :)

And "Related Searches" is a major intrusion considering it's free ad for Google. That's pretty ridiculous.
But the custom color scheme is great. So I guess it's 1 step forward and two steps back. Nice one, Google.
<ADDED>
Just noticed the related searches, that's a MAJOR intrussion! I could see how that is a big no no for some sites who will have to remove adsene altogether. But I'd really be disappointed if Google uses it's power to force such features on the publishers. These "add-ons" should be STRICTLY opt-in. My website is NOT google's toolbar.

Ok it does make a GREAT keyword research tool and tool to know if google figured out the page right, but it should be a tool, NOT a fixed display for everyone to see.

GG: Hope it's okay if we take Thursday/Friday off!
GG, looks like you didn't get away quite early enough... The "related searches" feature is not friendly to site owners. In essence, it's an uncompensated distraction that can potentially lead visitors to competitive links.
Nice job on the color stuff, though. If we opt to continue with AdSense we'll test it out.
My CTR has never been so high, and it is almost the triple of most days.
Not that generating money from my website is the most important thing for me, providing good content to my visitors is my primary task, but still any revenue is nice :)
The revenue will probably allow me to buy things for my website, and maybe some better hosting in the long run.
