Irrelevant ads when the page is on the net

But when opened from the hard drive it's ok

When I open the html page directly from the hard drive I get interesting and targeted ads, the path is something like C:\pagefolder\page.html in the browser;

When I put the exact same page on the server I get ads that have nothing or very little to do with the content of the page for many days now, and I also saw clicks go doooooooown by almost 100% lately...

What exactly is happening?
The adwords ads owners banned my domain name?
Can they do that?... (I don't think so...)
The content has enough keywords, and the most important ones are being repeated at least twice (just a few of them, not to abuse of it), why am I not getting relevant ads, not even a close one when the page is on the server, but when I open it from the hard drive it has very relevant ads for all 4 of them?

Thanks for your possible help on this.

Could you have links to files on your hard drive that are broken on when you upload to the server?

I don't think so Pengi.

I have found that (sometimes) using the Preview Tool will force an AdSense crawl of your page. Many times, I've been getting PSAs or irrelevant ads on a new page. I used the PT and refreshed the page a few times- after a minute or so I started getting relevent ads.

It doesn't always work, but it's worth a try.

Quite funny now, I have loads of "support our troops" and military kind of ads appearing on a pro-peace kind of site ahah!
I have banned some IPs but there are maybe just too many of them, and new ads appearing everyday so...
Adsense is not perfect.
Is there a way to ban some keywords instead of URLs?

LifeInAsia,
they are far from being new pages though... ;)
I just opened that page on the hard drive, and saw it had much better ads than the one on the server.

They are "new" if they've never been crawled by Google. We've also seen that if a page has a major update, the ads will often be non-targetted for a while.

Yes, I know, however they weren't new at all.
Oh, I did change something today, but it was like this for a while now, before I changed anything.
