getting off adsense

The one thing I like about adsense is that the ads are appropriote, relevant, good pay, etc. But I completely rely on adsense to pay server bills and recenlt I've been reading all these articles about getting booted. Is there a program that is similar to adsense that pays good cpm and cpc too?
