I believe so: 3 ad units + 1 search box is OK.

It's not really recommended to put the max on a single page though. Most people suggest using only 1 adsense block per page using the google hotspot guide
Ad Placement
Up to three ad units may be displayed on each Web site page.

Where on earth would you put the content?
You will probably find one ad unit plus one adlinks unit works better that the wall of ads you are actually allowed. Do some tinkering around using channels to see what works best for you.
