public service ads just started appearing on ALL of my sites. Is anyone else having this problem?

No ban notice. I don't do anything to get banned. I run 100% legit sites. I just checked a few other sites and they all have PSAs as well.

well, it lasted about 10 minutes and then they were back. I've never seen that before.

Is it just a coincidence on my sites only, but since the recent 10 minute outage, do ads look better to you? All of a sudden, I'm seeing everything on target, no ring-tone ads...

that could be among the reasons adsensers as a whole are making less money.

I've read over and over in here about these small outages of the ads. Enough of them, selectively turned off for about 5 minutes each, to varying areas could be causing it.

I know Google isn't trying to lose money so they may be making some sort of changes in the back ground and doing this on the Q-t to keep down the speculation.
