Identical links as Adlink?

Hi all,
Sorry if that question has already been asked.
The other day I saw a site whose menu links had the same color, size and font family as adlink, so that it looked like a regular adlink but with around 10 links. I wonder if it is allowed? In the TOS, it is mentioned that there shouldn't be any ads that mimic Google Ads but certainly we cannot call the links "ads", can we?

If it goes with the TOS, I think I'll immediately change my links:-)

Might have been a premium site, or a site that's taking a chance. Yeah, navigational links may look SOMETHING like adlinks, but before putting up pages where you might cross the line, you might want to run the idea by AdSense support.
