The topic says it all, is placing ads at (pseudo) random positions (no js involved, only server side scripting) or changing the ad formats dynamically to cure AdBlindness against the TOS?

My site displays ads (not just Adsense) in a random position, its also my way of displaying Adsense, Adbrite etc, alternately (in random). My ads code are saved on the table on mySQL, and I dont see anything wrong with that.

Have you found that randomly placing the ads helps in CTR or EPC?

I didn't yet implement it, but I guess it could work for repeated visitors, or visitors, that browse several pages of a site.

Let us know the CTR after implementation. Sounds like a gold mine.
