Newbie here, what the heck is site diagnostics in my adsense account? SHould I mess with anything here? (is it helpful?)

Did you click on the tab? All it will do is tell you if there are problems with the bot accessing your site or parts of your site. Most likely there aren't any problems but you have nothing to lose if you check.
