One of my webpage had some Harry Potter content and so the ads also contained Harry Potter related stuff. Now i have completely changed the contents and uploaded few animated tutorials. But still the Ads contain "Harry Potter" .

Wait a few days for Googlebot and Mediabot to revisit your site, then the ads should change to reflect the new content :)
