Adsense invited me to their test.

Adsense sent me an email inviting me to a test of a new ad format. I wrote back, they wrote back, and I wrote back. They were supposed to send me their new fancy special adcode.

Now - nothing. It has been 5 days. My email works fine.

Do they do this kind of thing often?

Yep, I seem to be in and out of their beta test program as regularly as the weather changes.

And, if you report that you don't like one of their new tests...whoa...they'll not talk to you for months!

Of all the ones I've tested I've only seen one come to the mass AdSense market.

Hehehe...one of the betas I tried was so bad I could not believe it had been approved for test. I did run it for 24 hours however I removed it immediately since it totally decimated that site's earnings:-(

Actually one has to sign an NDA regarding where the test is located but there was no problem with discussing results with other beta testers...if one found out who they were:-)

I was invited to this test too. Didn't hear from Google for a few days so I sent them an email. Just got an answer back that they expect to be ready very soon.
