I don't know but in the last several weeks the clicks have remained about the same but the CPC must have descended into some basement. Income has dropped by more than two thirds.
Should I assume this is just my problem?

My EPC for the last 2 months has remained fairly constant - only varying +- 5%

If you have an Overture account, you can look to see what people are paying on keywords and phrases. Obviously Overture CPCs and Google vary - but I recently changed one of our more popular pages from "Widget" to "Discount Widget" and saw a decent increase in CPCs. I play with the URL and use the preview tool to get the right ads - basically I want the big boys in any industry to be the ads that are shown. This may help in CTR as well.
