Click Fraud Software recommendation?

I'm looking for a click fraud detection software/script that's aimed for publishers. Something that detects your visitors regular click paterns and would be able to quickly detect clicking patterns that seems like fraud and alert you. so if some mischivous users ever try to click click click, i'd have a good detection system in place.

also, is it important to hide adsense ads from the region where you live? just so there are no clicks coming from your region, lest google thinks its you that's doing the clicking.

I believe most of the publishers here have not done this. I have been with adsense for more than 8 months now and haven't faced any problems. In fact one of my websites is targetted towards India (where I am) and I get the most traffic and ad clicks from my own city. And obviously this has not created a problem for me. Based on this I can say google can certainly differentiate between you and your visitors.
