Removing Code from Low-performing Pages

Site-wide or Account-wide effect?

I've read repeatedly that removing the adwords code from lower-performing pages results in better earnings. I even understand some of the reasoning behind it, although IU have to think it through again every time I come to it. :)

However, the main question is: Is this a per-site, or a per-account effect? Would the low-performing ads on my generic blog be having bad effects on my more carefully focussed niche sites?

Thanks!
Drew.

Chapman, Smart Pricing is a large black box. I've been coming to the conclusion that trying to figure it out in detail is hopeless. I try to find what works for my site.

And thanks. That would have been me. My nickname on the Amazon boards is slightly different, but there aren't a whole lot of Underdowns around....
