New pages ads updating in real time

I just noticed today whilst putting up new pages that adsense ads will deliver on target ads the first time the page is viewed. Normally they either deliver PSA or site themed ads until the mediabot comes along.

But now, if the page has enough content, it will deliver on target ads straight away.

I'm impressed!

Noticed last week that it spidered the page within about 5 minutes of the first view of the page, which I was pretty impressed by.

But straight away? - are they new pages within an existing site which Google can guess the theme for?

Yeah, it's doing that for my dynamic pages too. As soon as I make one, the ads appear - wow.

Seems to be on and off though of late.
