Multiple companies, multiple accounts, same person.

Is valid?

I was thinking about to setup a new company for a new website I'm working on. I was wondering if having a different adsense acount would be valid in this case.
A question to adsense helpdesk in underway, but I'd like to hear opinions about this same experience.

At this moment I have two accounts because I'm changing the address.

But since day one of the transition it is very clear that one has to be closed so I only keep one.

If you create a new company then that company is a different entity and is entitled to its own account - legally it is NOT the 'same person'
But don't believe me, read through the TOS and ask adsense yourself :)
