Now one question comes to my mind, as i am going in to have a board for webmasters, there would be low click thru rates on such pages, cause webmasters already know that those text bits from adsense, are not links but are adverts.
I could be a reason that Webmaster world is adsense free, maybe they know webmasters are not gonna click that much, or maybe they are alreay making plenty of money.
So i would like to know if people here would like to click on adverts on such a message board?

Are you suggesting that the only people who click on ads are users who are too ignorant to know an ad when they see one? That may be true of some audiences, but I don't think it's true of most--especially with "Ads by Google" displayed in the corner of the ad box.
Agreed to what you said.
But get known to one thing. I have a website where the visitors are too much ignorant that they don't know what is and ad and they keep clicking on banners also.
And this is a very major factor in adsense giving us high Click Thru that the text links don't appear to be adverts.
I am thinking of a very special society >> Webmasters, they know everything about the google ads and so i think the click thru could be quite less.
While if i am in for technology sector too, like digital cams and other stuff, i can expect people to click more as they might not be too much aware of adsense ads.
I have around 30 times less clicks (CTR) on my webmaster's site.
