Using Google Search on your Homepage?

I'm aware of not clicking Adsense ads on my homepage.

But what about using Google search?

I built a homepage with 1000+ articles using a CMS. Sometimes I'm searching my own articles using the search functionality of the CMS.

Some time ago I replaced the CMS search function by a Google search box. Then I realised that this could be dangerous if I'm using it myself. I never clicked Ads in the result page only links to my page.

Is this a problem? Should I avoid using the google search myself on my pages?

As long as you don't click on the ads the only result will be that it will include your impressions in your stats. The CMS I'm using gives far better results for pages on my site, even the very newest pages can be found immediately after publishing.
