Since I launched my site in January of 2005, I have gotten 220,000 page views. From that, I haven't received my first check yet. I have, however, had over 1000 clicks. My click through rate is 0.5%. Is this normal?

Yes and no, depending on your site subject and the way you are implimenting your ads....
I have websites with 20% CTR, and websites with 0.01% CTR. It's a matter of being realistic....

As far as i know, to receive your check, the total of your revenue must be equal or above $100.
