For the passed couple of days certain pages have been showing up as 'Top channels' even though there's no click throughs on those pages. Could there be some reason google aren't recording click throughs?

In the past only pages that had a CTR on them would show up. What could be causing this? Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

This is normal. The Top Channels may be showing impressions even if no clicks.

Also, they seem to show on my reports when they're getting CPM impressions.

What are CPM impressions as opposed to ad impressions?

Instead of being paid per click, you are paid for traffic - i.e. some amount per 1000 impressions. If an advertiser chooses your site for a site targeted campaign, they are paying for impressions, rather than clicks. (They don't necessarily choose your site specifically, but your site might belong to a category that they've picked to target)

Oh right, I didn't know that. Don't know if that's good or bad as my CTR is pretty good on certain pages but Page impressions is better on others so it could work both ways for me. Interesting.
