What are the current rules for competitive Contextual ads?

Hi folks,

Can anyone tell me what are the current AdSense rules regarding competitive contextual ads?

Are we prohibited from running them just on the same page, so the same site is ok, or has it changed to prevent same-site usage like AdSense for Search?

I think it is banned on the same page.

Yes I run both, only one to a page.

The code is very simmilar and I think it disturbs the reporting.

I am 95% Adsense but at one point it was every other page.
