Filter list is full - What to do?

1) I would periodically check some of the 200 to make sure a site hasn't been discontinued (in which case you can remove it and free up one spot);

2) If you actually have competitors in your list, you might consider removing them to free up a spot. Even though this is the true purpose of the filter, you may want to block an MFA before blocking a competitor.
