How do I interpret the site targetting stats?

I just noticed something different in my adsense stats. There were approximately 40+ ad impressions since July 01 which were targetted to my site. However, there were no clicks for these ads. Is this ratio still within the normal range?

I'm glad that someone considered my site worthy to target their ads on, but would anyone care to share their experience with me - what to look out for, how to increase the frequency of someone wanting to advertise etc?

On my sites, site targeted ads rarely receive a click. I guess this is because the ads are often waaaay off topic, e.g. an ad for swimming pools sold in the U.S. on a travel page on Elbonia. Who might click such an ad? People who look for information on Elbonia, thinking - "heck, I'd better get a swimming pool instead of wasting money to travel to Elbonia!"? - People who are looking for swimming pools but decided to look at a page on Elbonia?

I guess some advertisers have not fully understood how site targeting works.

The payout can be ignored completely, so I theory I would care whether I am being site targeted or not. But fortunately, site targeting has such a low proportion of all ads being served on my sites that I simply do not care. :-)
