UAE offshore company and AdSense

I am an Android developer with several apps making money by serving ads using AdMob and Adsense. Unfortunately I cannot sell my apps on Google Play because my location is not supported by Google yet (and I do not know if and when it will be supported). So I am thinking of creating an offshore company in the UAE, creating AdMob, AdSense and Google Play developer accounts for the company and transferring my apps to the new account so that I can also sell my apps.

Is there a problem with AdSense and offshore companies in the UAE? Has anyone else tried this?

I did that years ago and several others here did and there was no problem however I've no idea about the current situation. I think there are still some UAE guys here, maybe they'll chime in.
