Impact of page type on CPC

My question is that we have several options to make a website. In my case I have three and I am investigating that is there any effect on CPC I will get in adsense.

The three options are ..

1. Making a static website with each page extension will be "html"

2. Make dynaic website with PHP but no query sting in it i.e. "?arcid=121" like things in URL.

3. Make a dynamic website with using quesry sting.

I know there are so many attributes which effect CPC value on a website. But my question is that if the above mentioned type have any effect?
