Adsense on a noindex page?

Is adsense allowed to be placed on a results page that is using meta noindex?

I'm not sure if this is too specific, but the pages in question for me are results are from a header tester and link checker. The url of the tested pages are added as a string in the url, so I really don't want that listed in search engines (imagine the duplicate content mess.. uggh!). The content generated on the pages are also totally irrelevant to a search engine and adsense so I have noindex in the headers.

Should I use alternate advertisers there, or is it OK to use adsense?

I read through the TOS on Adsense, but honestly those long legalese paragraphs turned my brain to mush.

Sorry for asking, but if the content on that page is totally irrelevant to Adsense, why would you want to have Adsense on that page?

Before I realized it might not be allowed, I had uploaded the page with Adsense.. the ads were still targeted to my site topic. Just not the content on that particular page, which is just a short summary of the test results.

I think that is two questions.

1. Is adsense allowed to be placed on a results page?
2. Is Adsense allowed to be placed on a page that is using meta noindex?

As for #2, I haven't seen anything in the terms that would prohibit it and I am using AdSense on pages with noindex - and getting very good targeting.

I use it on pages that are disallowed to Googlebot (but not mediabot) and it works fine.

since those 2 bots swap duties allowing one and not the other is not really going to keep the page noindex

I recently switched all the pages on my main site to noindex with no effect on AdSense or serps (so far)

I'm not too concerned. The pages have more affiliate duplicate content than I am proud to show Google. But if Google comes there without being invited, I don't mind.
