Alternate Ads in place of PSAs - Which service to use?

Which services do you recommend for low-traffic site?

I have been getting more and more PSAs on my adsense areas throughout my site. I have decided that I would like to take advantage of the "Alternate Ad" feature that Google offers for when it is unable to serve targeted ads to my pages.

I don't want to go out and sell advertising myself, so I guess that means I need to sign up with an ad-serving service similar to Adsense. But my site doesn't get much traffic, so I need a service that doesn't place demands on how many page impressions are shown each month or day, etc.

What services do you recommend for a site that needs alternate ads but doesn't get much traffic? I appreciate any suggestions you have. Thanks. :-)

If your site is about a particular topic you may want to research affiliate opportunities that pay per sale or per lead. If you provide some info. about your site you may get better feedback. You don't necessarily need to share specifics, but I know I'd be able to provide better advice if I knew more than I know now about your site (which is nothing).

I've found affiliate links to be the best bet, too. Total control, and better payouts. Also, its harder to determine exactly what's running when you're only serving PSA's for some other companies.
